Return and Refund Policy

Returns

1)  You have  7-10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2)  If any product leaks when you receive it we will replace the product without charging the delivery charge.

3)  If we send a product that does not match your order, we will replace it after checking your order.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy only applies when we charge you an advance delivery fee. After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. Once we have inspected the item, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is

approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, and you will receive the credit within a specific number of days, as determined by your card

issuer's policies.

Shipping

We deliver within 2 to 5 calendar days in Dhaka, and within 3 to 7 calendar days outside Dhaka.

N.B - Your item must be returned in its original packaging and include proof of purchase to make a claim about our product.
